Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you are responsible for canceling or rescheduling your appointment through the booking website on your own. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 48-hours before your appointment time with no fee.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48-hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the full price of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments that are missed without notice (no show), will result in a charge of 50% of the full price of the scheduled service(s), to schedule a new appointment full payment of service(s) is due at the time of rebooking.
Please text me if you are going to be late to your appointment. If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is, please reschedule your appointment.
